Our mental health

In this retreat we are going to create and apply insights for a life with much less stress. Stress is a factor in life that we all face. It is good to reduce our level of stress in order to lead a healthy and happy life. This weekend retreat is about the application of mindfulness and Buddhism in daily life. We will do yoga exercises and short meditations. All on a introductory level.  So, please note that you don’t need any experience or knowledge to do this.   To deeping your insights we will have several (introductory) talks about Buddhism and mindfulness. There are also sporting facilities for you to use. And, of course there will be delicious and healthy food. So, you will feel refreshed after this weekend retreat and will return to your home with feelings of bliss and peace. Don’t just treat yourself, but bring a friend to enjoy also. Or bring your (business) partner. Because we offer discounts for registration of more than one participant.

Body and Soul Week Retreat

Treat yourself with this week retreat for your body and soul. A week packed with yoga (for beginners), talks on buddhism and mindfulness, meditation, healthy and delicious food and several sport opportunities. The week retreat starts on Monday and ends on Friday afternoon. A week full of mindfulness and Buddha, healing exercises and inspirational workshops. You don’t need any experience or knowledge to participate and benefit fully from this retreat!
